Extension privacy

Effective October 26, 2026. This policy covers CDL Prep Hero — Daily CDL Practice Question for Microsoft Edge, operated by Evergreen Comply, LLC.

Data in the extension

The extension does not collect or transmit personal data, browsing history, website content, answers or usage analytics. It requests no browser permissions or website access. There is no account, advertising, background service, remote code or tracking SDK.

Questions and explanations are bundled with the extension. Your device’s local date selects a question; it is not sent to us. Your selected answer stays in the popup’s memory and is discarded when the popup closes. The extension does not write cookies, local storage or a persistent score history.

Links you choose to open

Links can open cdlprephero.com, official source websites, Apple’s App Store or Google Play. These pages require an internet connection and may process normal web-request information under their own policies. We do not append your answers, personal identifiers or browsing history to those links.

The “More free practice tests” link opens a dedicated page on our website. The path lets us distinguish extension entry-page visits from other pages when a visitor permits website analytics. It does not identify an individual, and there is no click reporting inside the extension.

Our website privacy policy applies when you visit this website, including this policy page. Optional website analytics remain consent-based and respect supported privacy signals. The separate mobile apps and Microsoft’s browser and Add-ons services have their own privacy practices.

Support and deletion

If you email support@evergreencomply.com, we receive the information you send and use it to respond. Do not include license numbers, medical information or other sensitive data. Contact the same address to ask about or request deletion of support correspondence.

You can remove the extension from Microsoft Edge’s Extensions settings. There are no extension account records or saved answers for us to delete.

Changes

We will update this page and its effective date if the extension’s privacy practices change. Any new permissions would be declared through the browser’s extension update process.
