CDL Prep Hero is an independent resource operated by Evergreen Comply, LLC. We prioritize current official state CDL manuals, licensing-agency instructions and federal sources over third-party summaries.

Our editorial attribution is “Evergreen Comply, LLC Editorial Staff.” It identifies the publisher responsible for the material.

Sources and publication

We compare instructional statements with their cited sources and record source-check dates. Practice questions are original study aids, not official exam questions. Our study-workflow suggestions are editorial advice, not an official test sequence or a promise of passing.

New safety, licensing and state-specific drafts are labelled and excluded from search indexing until their publication checks are complete. Those checks cover accountable authorship, sources, scope, limitations and ongoing maintenance.

State and equipment differences

Manuals, knowledge tests, modernized skills tests and vehicle specifications can differ. A number or procedure from one source must not be assumed universal. Follow the current instructions for your state and vehicle with your instructor.

Corrections

Report an issue with the page, question and official source. We check the report, correct or withdraw misleading material, and record material changes. We do not promise a response deadline or a guaranteed exam result.

Maintenance

Changes to official guidance can trigger a source check sooner than the planned date. Dates are not automatically refreshed on deployment. Product information is kept separate from study material and updated as app availability changes.
